Post-shoulder surgery rehab (e.g., rotator cuff repair) addresses stiffness, weakness after procedures. Common in athletes, older adults. Symptoms: limited ROM, pain. Untreated, risks re-injury.
Home Exercise Protocol

Week 1-2:

Pendulum Swing (2 sets, 30 sec): Swing arm gently.

Passive Arm Lift (2 sets, 10 reps): Use good arm to lift injured arm with stick.

NovaWell Hack: “Surge Glide” (2 sets, 10 reps): Slide arm 5° up wall.

Week 3-4:

Band External Rotation (2 sets, 12 reps): Pull band outward.

Stick Lift (2 sets, 10 reps): Lift stick overhead slowly.

NovaWell Hack: “Surge Pulse” (2 sets, 10 reps): Pulse arm 2 inches with band.
Objective: Regain ROM, rebuild strength, prevent setbacks
