Clavicle Fracture Rehab
Clavicle fractures, from falls or impacts, common in cyclists, contact sports. Symptoms: pain, swelling, limited arm use. Post-cast/surgery, stiffness persists. Untreated, risks poor healing.
Home Exercise Protocol

Week 1-2:

Pendulum Swing (2 sets, 30 sec): Swing arm gently.

Shoulder Shrugs (2 sets, 10 reps): Lift shoulders, hold 5 sec.

NovaWell Hack: “Clavicle Glide” (2 sets, 10 reps): Slide arm 5° forward with towel.

Week 3-4:

Band Pull-Apart (2 sets, 12 reps): Pull band apart at chest.

Wall Push (2 sets, 10 reps): Push gently into wall.

NovaWell Hack: “Comeback Pulse” (2 sets, 10 reps): Pulse arm 2 inches with band.
Objective: Regain ROM, strengthen shoulder girdle
