Fracture rehab (post-cast, spine-adjacent, e.g., ribs, pelvis) addresses stiffness, weakness after immobilization, common in trauma patients. Symptoms: limited ROM, pain. Untreated, risks poor function.
Home Exercise Protocol

Week 1-2:

Seated Pelvic Tilt (2 sets, 12 reps): Press lower back into chair, hold 5 sec.

Seated March (2 sets, 12 reps): Lift knees alternately, sit tall.

NovaWell Hack: “Recovery Glide” (2 sets, 10 reps): Rotate torso 5°, hold 3 sec.

Week 3-4:

Band Row (2 sets, 12 reps): Pull band to chest, sit tall.

Bridge (2 sets, 12 reps): Lift hips, squeeze glutes.

NovaWell Hack: “Fracture Pulse” (2 sets, 10 reps): Pulse hips 2 inches in bridge.
Objective: Regain ROM, strengthen trunk, improve function
Equipment: Resistance band, chair
