Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Carpal tunnel syndrome compresses the median nerve in the wrist, common in typists, gamers. Symptoms: numbness, tingling, hand weakness. Caused by repetitive wrist flexion. Untreated, risks permanent nerve damage.
Home Exercise Protocol

Week 1-2:

Wrist Stretch (2 sets, 15 sec): Extend arm, pull fingers back gently.

Finger Spread (2 sets, 15 reps): Spread fingers against rubber band.

NovaWell Hack: “Liberty Glide” (2 sets, 10 reps): Slide fingers along towel, palm up.

Week 3-4:

Wrist Flexion (2 sets, 12 reps): Bend wrist down, hold towel.

Thumb Opposition (2 sets, 12 reps): Touch thumb to each finger.

NovaWell Hack: “Tunnel Pulse” (2 sets, 10 reps): Rotate wrist 10° with towel grip
Objective: Reduce nerve pressure, improve wrist mobility
Equipment: Towel, rubber band
