Meniscus Tear
Meniscus tears damage knee cartilage, common in sports, twisting injuries. Symptoms: pain, swelling, locking. Ranges from minor to severe (surgery needed). Untreated, risks arthritis.
Home Exercise Protocol

Week 1-2:

Heel Slide (2 sets, 12 reps): Slide heel toward butt, bend knee gently.

Quad Set (2 sets, 12 reps): Tighten thigh, hold 5 sec.

Week 3-4:

Seated Leg Press (2 sets, 12 reps): Push band forward with foot.

Mini Squat (2 sets, 12 reps): Squat to 30°, hold chair.

NovaWell Hack: “Meniscus Pulse” (2 sets, 10 reps): Pulse knee 2 inches in flex.
Objective: reduce pain, restore ROM, strengthen knee
